HELP something on my lip?

I have had a bump on the right side of my lip its flesh coloured n i have had it for about two months now i keep picking at it and i rip skin away from it but always stays there i have no idea what it is and it is freaking me out i wish i could show you a picture of it but have no way to its small but noticable if you are talking to me close to me. does anyone think they know what it could be? if youd really lke to see you can write me on here ad i can send a pic! thanks in advance
