Was anyone else shocked at the images yesterday, of the American woman who had undergone a face transplant?

I agree with you on this and think I would not want to have lived after that. I saw the pictures in the mirror and it was nothing short of grotesque....before and after. Of course life is valuable but it makes you think whether you should survive things like being shot in the face at close range. I think she was very brave. I know it sounds judgemental but It was my first thought.
