Would it be cool or ...on goin to bangkok with T-Storm weather goin on??

can't understand the question, is goin "going" and what is .......on. you may hear some thunder but not a lot of lighting here. Yes it does rain but I don't find it that cool unless your talking about the temperature going down when it rains.
