In Plain Sight? Stan, Gwen, and Office Manager Lady?

I just saw the latest In Plain Sight episode, and I was wondering if the office manager lady, I think her name is Eleanor, is really Gwen? In the end scene of that episode, when Stan got Gwen's phone number, he looked surprised and threw it in the trash and then it showed Stan and Eleanor getting together. Does this mean Eleanor is Gwen? Or could it be that Stan threw the number away because he realized that he had to get over Gwen and find someone else, and that someone else is Eleanor? I think it could be this because Stan and Eleanor seemed to have a thing before this episode. Which one do you think it is?
