Why would the protesters to Bush's visit in Brazil carry giant pictures of Sadaam Hussein in the streets?

Do the people of Brazil really look up to the fallen dictator Sadaam? Who wiped out hundreds of thousands of his own citizens who didn't agree with his dictatorship in Iraq?
