Going off anti depressants, would a more natural approach help?

It would really depend on the severity of your problem. However, I have heard of several natural ways to help depression such as melatonin, cammomile tea, 5HTP, mega dosess of B complex vitamins. Also, you may want to keep your bowels open (colon cleansed) and eat lots of fruits and vegetables to ure that no toxins will be reabsorbed into your blood stream which can cause a host of physical and mental illnesses, especially high blood pressure and diabetes.
