Cold/bronchitis like symptoms and vomiting?

What the heck? The first time I threw up on Thursday night I figured it was probably a mix of a cold and the stomach flu because I work at a daycare and the kids have a bit of everything. Now, however, it has been a few days. My stomach hasn't been bugging me too much since Thursday...until tonight and I feel like I'm going to be sick again. What is going on??? I've never had a cold cause vomiting!
