Please help. I am in a deep trouble with my American LLC and I am in Japan.?

Hi. Thank you very much for checking my question out. I am a Japanese who used to live in the states of Florida (Seminole county) with a green-card. I am married to an American, and I have made a LLC with her like 4 years ago (Partnership LLC, thus tax is filed separately from our personal joint tax). Since we did not make almost any money with the LLC and we had to move to Japan, we asked Seminole county (the place where we registered our LLC) to make our LLC's status non-active and told them that we have no intension to do anything with the LLC anymore. My green card has expired last year, and we did not renew it as we are going to live in Japan for rest of our life. The reason why I am in a deep trouble is that there is a possibility that we did not file our LLC's tax last year (since we can't find any record of it) and might not be able to file this year too on time. I have been using H&R Block service and I might have asked them to file LLC tax last year, but I am not sure since we can not find the record of it. Since this is our second year in Japan and my wife did not make any money last year (also we did not make any money within/from the states), we did not file our personal tax this year. However, seems like we still need to file the LLC's tax and we are in this deep trouble now. I have been asking the lady, who I have been igned with to do our LLC's tax this year, but nothing seems to be done by her at this point, which is like a week before the due date for our LLC's tax. We did not make any activities what so ever with the LLC last year. Please help me, and tell me what can we do now. Also, please tell me what would happen if we can not file the LLC's tax on time. Also, if we did not file our tax last year for our LLC! I really need somebody's help.
