Why should the senators and congressmen sit according to their party affiliation?

Country is polarized. Democrats and Republicans cannot agree on anything. If they are made to sit in the Congress alphabetically or by seniority, then Democrats and Republicans may talk to each other more. The expression 'both sides of the aisle' will disappear.
