Something terrible has happened while decorating my Christmas tree!?

So today while decorating my christmas tree an accident occured. I sat on a box of gl ornaments. I have a bunch of shards of gl stuck in my , my and my ...i cannot sit so i cannot drive to the ER and my insurance wont cover an ambulance. What should i do?
