Please help with my running pains?

you CANNOT take a day off from running. ESPECIALLY if youre sore. im a runner and when i first started my legs were sore as hell. but when you are sore, just run slower and dont strain yourself to hard, but still run. you should also stretch before AND after, and on the weekends just go for a jog around your neighborhood. whenever you work muscles that dont usually get worked too hard, youre alwasy gonna be sore. but after a while, it gets better. pinkie promise.
