My pet; leopard gecko doesn't want to eat anymore. Why?

I have had him since June from the pet store (PJ's petshop) and he was good in the beginning, HEALTHY. But for the past month he stopped eating. I've done all my studies about geckos. And i know that they store their fat from their tails. BUT now his tail is so skinny >_
