My dad and I have to dress up as ballerinas/fairies.Please Help?

I'm 20 and my dad is 38 and we work for the same company. Well a couple weeks back we were getting ready for the Super Bowl and we're big Steelers fans and we were talking to the 2 secretaries and they said the Steelers were going to lose. This really got us mad and we said that they were stupid and there was no way the Steelers would lose. So we decided to bet on it and we were so confident the Steelers would win that we agrred to dress up as girly ballerina/fairies if they lose and we agreed to do whatever they wanted for the day while dressed up like that. Well the Steelers lost and now they want us to pay up. So what should we have to wear to be the girliest ballerina/fairies possible? What color should it be? They also want to know if they should get to put makeup on us? And finally they want to know what they should have us do for the day? One of them told me they were considering having us do ballet together to the Nutcracker, but I don't know. So Please help and go all out with your answers because we lost and we agreed to anything.Thanks
