Headaches concussion HELP!!!!?

Ok me and my friend were wrestling (just submission holds no physical hitting) and I get kneed in the face. Lip bleeding & swelling. The spot is num and I'm REALLY DIZZY for like 30 seconds and iv been having headaches since then I think somethings wrong somebody help I don't wanna be like f****d up for ever
