Do i have mononucleosis?

i got a cold about a week ago, it started off as a fever and i ached all over but it went away the next day. i didnt get much sleep over the weekend and then sunday morning my entire body hurt all over. my head cold hasnt let up at all and i still have a very sore throat and it hurts to talk alot. then this morning i woke up and my entire body hurts from my head to my feet, my head hurting the most. i didnt get a very good nights sleep from not being able to breathe through my nose. my body feels like i have a fever agian and my head is warm but that could be from having a pretty toasty room. should i go to the doctor and check it out? or is it just not letting up from my lack of sleep lately? could i have mono?
